A Psalm

How wonderful are You Lord
You made the whole universe out of nothing
Night and day are Yours to control
Called forth winds to separate the waters
Created every kinds of vegetation
That produces fruits, nuts and shelter
Brought forth different creatures
Brought life from the dust

Created everyone in their mothers’ womb
You know the number of hair on our heads
Knows each thought and word
Made everybody unique and special
Space and time are in Your control

Your voice like thunder splits the sky
Whispers into the wind
The rocks and trees sing praises to You
Ocean waves calm at the sound of Your voice
You shine like a million suns
Your feet are like iron

You protected Noah, his family and animals from the flood
Made a powerful nation tremble
By the breath of Your nostrils the Red Sea parts
Pours water from a rock
In Your hands holds kings and kingdoms
Made shepherds into kings and leaders
You fell to the earth like fire
Proving there is other gods but You
You close the lions’ mouths
You protect Your children from a fiery furnace
Brought an army of dry bones to life

Gives sight to the blind
The deaf hears again
The lame leaps and the dumb speaks
Sickness has no power when Your name is spoken
By Your command brings forth the dead
Just by the touch of Your garment
A woman was healed
With Your power feeds five thousand

Sent Your son Jesus to take our punishment
Forgiving us of our sins
And raising Him again on the third day
Torn the curtain of the temple in two

Out of Your mouth comes a flaming sword
You punish the wicked and reward the righteous
You bless who You blessed
You curse who You cursed
You walked across water
When You walk the ground shakes
Your gaze will wither a fig tree

You are holy and just
Wonderful Counsellor
Prince of Peace
King of kings
And Lord of lords
The Great I AM
My Rock and Shield
Savior and Deliver
May Your name be praise
